Empowered Minds offers support to scholars in grades 3rd – 8th. Groups are available by grade band and lessons are tailored to the age group assigned. in the following ways:

• Weekly one-hour small-group sessions with teacher-mentors

• Weekly leadership and character development goals

• Weekly independent practice activities

• Weekly peer to peer engagement and practice

• Weekly parent communication

Empowered Minds Summer Program (5 weeks)

​

In this virtual intensive summer program scholars explore 1 core competency each week. Scholars meet with their mentor and group twice each week and engage in independent practice activities between sessions. Sessions include direct instruction, guided discussion, and interactive activities.

Empowered Minds After-School Group Sessions (10 weeks)

In this virtual after-school program scholars explore 1 core competency every 2 weeks. Scholars meet with their mentor and group once each week and engage in independent practice activities between sessions. Sessions include direct instruction, guided discussion, and interactive activities.
